The purpose of the terms and conditions for the website https://www.cepasco.com, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”, is to define the terms under which the user may use the Website (hereinafter, “General Terms and Conditions of Use”). Users are considered to be adults or minors who visit a page of the Website or who browse the Website. Consequently, by accessing and using this Website, you fully accept the General Terms and Conditions of Use. If you do not accept them, you must not use and browse this Website.

By accessing and using the Website, you fully accept the General Terms and Conditions and the applicable personal data protection clauses (see below articles 3 and 5 of the Personal Data & Cookies Policy).

Pursuant to the ‘Data Protection Law’ of 6 January 1978 amended by Law no.2004-801 of 6 August 2004, this Website has been declared to the French Data Protection Authority, Commission Nationale Informatique et Libertés (CNIL – www.cnil.fr) under number 2118113.
To visit the Website https://www.cepasco.com you do not need to provide personal data. However, in order to respond to a request for information from the ‘Contact’ section, we request certain personal data such as your last name, first name, telephone number and postal and e-mail address.

Similarly, in our ‘Join us’ section, people may provide us with their Curriculum Vitae containing certain personal information. We inform users that this personal data is only intended for CEPASCO SAS, the data controller, for administrative and/or commercial purposes. With the exception of third parties whose involvement is necessary for Website maintenance and management, CEPASCO SAS will not communicate personal data concerning the user to third parties without their prior consent.
