Mulled wine is a drink that goes back to ancient times, when it was drunk at large banquets as it aids digestion. It is usually made with red wine, citrus fruit and spices, often drunk in the winter in northern and eastern Europe.

Recommended amount: 1tsp per person.
Tips: serve ideally in porcelain mugs for a better taste and decorate with a cinnamon stick and a slice of orange. Once prepared, mulled wine can be stored in the fridge for a few days and then all you have to do is reheat it, without boiling it.
