PRODUCT FEATURES

Named for its reddish-brown colour, rouille is a hot and spicy sauce from Provence, used to season croutons for fish soup or bouillabaisse.

Seasoning for the rouille sauce mix.
Ingredients: chilli pepper, garlic, coriander, salt (1%).

Traces of sesame seeds, mustard, celery and gluten.

USE IN COOKING

Rouille spices are the perfect natural and tailor-made flavouring for your bouillabaisse and fish soups.

Make your own rouille by combining our spice mix with mayonnaise or, for a lighter accompaniment, fromage blanc, which will go very well with your summer vegetables as an appetiser (celery, cucumber, carrots, etc.).

Recommended amount: 1tsp per person.
