The word ‘kebab’ means ‘grilled food’, but it also refers to a sandwich made up of bread, grilled meat and sauce. Originally, kebab referred to the method of cooking lamb. The spit for cooking lamb was used as far back as the Middle Ages. The famous sandwich we now know under the name ‘doner kebab’ originates from Turkey and was invented in 1971 by Mehmet Aygün.
Blend of herbs (8%) and spices (92%).
Ingredients: cumin, garlic (SULPHITES), mild chilli pepper, parsley, turmeric, ground coriander.
