An emblem of West Indies cuisine, graines à roussir are rich in protein, carbohydrates and fats. This is because the mix contains fenugreek, which gives it stimulating and calming properties and helps fight anaemia.

Spice mix.
Ingredients: cumin, fenugreek, yellow MUSTARD.

Traces of sesame seeds, celery and gluten.

USE IN COOKING

Discover the flavour of West Indies cuisine with our graines à roussir mix for Colombo and vegetables as well as fish and chicken.

It’s used in two different ways: either heated beforehand as the base for hot dishes (for example, Colombo), providing a grilled and very unique taste; or sprinkled directly onto a dish (rice, vegetables, etc.).

Tip: it’s best to heat the mix gently in a dry frying pan to release all the flavours of cumin, fenugreek and yellow mustard.
