The couscous spice mix is used mainly in North African cuisine and is a yellow variant of Ras el Hanout (flagship product of North African groceries).

Ingredients: mild chilli pepper, ginger, garlic, cumin, coriander, caraway, pepper, cinnamon, nutmeg, clove.

For the packet: Traces of sesame seeds, mustard, celery and gluten.
For the bottle and the pot: Traces of sesame seeds, mustard and celery.

USE IN COOKING

With our ready-made couscous spice mix with no added salt, you can make lots of typical dishes like a pro!

You can of course use it to make delicious couscous. It can also be included in game-based dishes and to flavour dishes made with vegetables, rice, white meat, fish and crustaceans. Its flavour is sweet and mild.
