USE IN COOKING

Our seven-spice recipe was created to offer you a ready-made product.

Widely used and popular in Lebanon, this seven-spice mix or seven Lebanese spice mix is used in many traditional dishes in Lebanese cuisine: falafel and kofta (included in the stuffing) as well as shawarma. In the latter, it adds just the right amount of flavour to the marinated meat (beef, chicken, lamb) contained in this sandwich, which is a signature dish in Lebanese, Turkish and Greek cuisine. There is no single recipe for shawarma, but it is usually made up of crudités and spiced meat cooked on a spit, served in pitta bread or on a plate.

The 7 spices are also used in all meat and vegetable-based dishes and withstand all forms of cooking.
